While talking to journalists, CMHO Dr. Sharma clearly said that no doctor will be allowed to do private practice during duty hours. He said that the effect of the bite will be visible soon. He also directed the Chief Block Medical Officer to take effective action by sealing the clinics of quack doctors and said that the action should be visible on the ground.

During the inspection, he also inspected the delivery point PNC ward and NRC ward. He expressed his displeasure over the less number of children admitted in the NRC ward and after discussing with the DPO in this regard, he gave instructions to identify the malnourished children through the CDPO and get them admitted in the NRC. At the same time, the CMHO got angry on the complaint of pregnant women not getting the prescribed nutritional food (laddu). He gave strict instructions to immediately improve the arrangements and maintain cleanliness in the hospital premises. It is noteworthy that at the time of surprise inspection by CMHO, Chief Block Medical Officer Dr. Psp Guru was on inspection in Nazirabad area.
